Feeser Scholarship Fund

About the Fund

The Feeser Scholarship Fund was established in 1952 by Mrs. Minnie Feeser of the Silver Run Parish. The first scholarship was awarded in 1963. The intent of the scholarship is to provide tuition aid for women of the DE-MD Synod who would like to serve in a church related career. Preference is given to women who are called to ordained ministry, associate in ministry, and diaconal ministry.

How to qualify

Must be enrolled as a full-time student in an institution of higher learning
Be a Lutheran women who is actively involved in an ELCA congregation of the DE-MD Synod
Demonstrate academic excellence
Demonstrate financial need
Preference to women called to church vocation.
