Room rates (includes 5 meals and 2 nights’ lodging) Single: $397, Double: $259, Triple: $213, Quad: $197, Locals—Food and meeting rooms only: $114. Registration fee (to cover convention expenses): $30. To volunteer to help or for more information: Call Kristen McMasters at 410-840-0457 or Marilyn Hembrock at 301-432-4376. Also, contact us with ideas for workshops or presentations. A three day convention gives us more flexibility and the ability to provide more workshops and Bible study.
Room Reservations are needed by March 25, 2010. All materials, reservation forms and nomination forms are in the packet mailed to each unit and on the website (www.DEMDSWO.com).
Nominations for president, treasurer, and 4 board members are needed. Also, nominations are needed for 5 delegates to the next Triennial Convention in Spokane are needed. They must be elected at our 2010 convention. Nominations are due by March 15, 2010. (See packet)
